Choosing a salary is entirely the directors decision, your accountant will not tell you what salary to take but will be able to provide professional advice on the tax implications of your decision.
When you are aware of your IR35 status, you will need to come back to this form to confirm your status and decide your salary options.
Based on being inside of IR35 and working through your Limited Company, your end client/agency will undertake a fee payer deduction for you.
Thank you for confirming you will be inside of IR35 from the 6th April 2023 and how you will be operating, we will therefore run a nil salary through your Limited Company, unless you otherwise confirm to your accountant in writing that you would like a P45 and the PAYE scheme closing down.
