We set up our Refer a Friend Scheme as a way to thank our employees for referring people to us, and obviously to encourage them to do it. Whatever we offer, we know our employees will only refer to us if they’ve had a positive experience, and we appreciate every referral as the genuine endorsement it is.
Under the scheme, we pay a referral bonus of £150 for each successful referral. In this article we’ll answer the most frequently asked questions we receive about the Refer a Friend Scheme.
How many people can I refer?
There’s no limit to the number of people you can refer, and we’ll pay the bonus for every single successful referral. This means there’s no theoretical limit to the amount you can earn through our referral scheme.
How do I make sure I get the bonus?
In order to apply your bonus, we need to know it was you who referred your friend to us. You can either ask them to give us your details when they first contact us, or you can complete the short form on this page.
When will the bonus be paid?
We’ll pay your referral bonus once the person you referred has been paid by us for three months, or twelve weeks, depending on their pay frequency.
Is the bonus taxable?
The referral bonus does count as taxable income so it will be taxed at the same rate as your salary.

As well as the referral bonus, each referral gets you an entry into our quarterly prize draw where you could win an extra prize. Winners will be announced in our employee newsletter and social media pages.
