Dannielle Stapleton – Director of Accounting Services I’ve worked at Orange Genie for 9 years, starting out as an Accountant, I now focus my time on continuous improvement in customer service, processes, and software that we use to drive the team forward. Outside of work I love spending time with my husband and children, we like getting lost on adventurous walks together, getting out for picnics, travelling together, and snuggling up at the end of a busy day with a movie and popcorn. When I’m not busy running around after my team inside and outside of work, I like to cook a recipe out of one of my hundreds of cookbooks or read a Tim Weaver novel with a coffee or wine, depending on the time of day.

| Adam Dove – Senior Client Accountant Currently a Senior Accountant at Orange Genie having joined in the summer of 2016. My time at Orange Genie has seen several personal milestones having got married, had my first child and a pet Pomeranian! Outside of work I am passionate about continuously improving, harnessed usually through sports, fitness, and adventure. I regularly compete in sports such as football and golf as well as completing events for charity such as Tough Mudder and Burn Series adventure race. My role at Orange Genie aligns closely with my own goals and values, allowing me to work with passionate individuals and help them to grow their businesses and achieve their ambitions, utilising my determination and creativity to find solutions, provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with my clients and colleagues |
Benjamin Coleman – Client Accountant I live to travel, but whenever I am not trekking through the Amazon Rainforest or witnessing the Great Migration in the Serengeti you might find me enjoying a wine at the theatre or rocking at a heavy metal gig. As a lover of history there’s nothing better than getting stuck into a Bernard Cornwell book, wondering around a museum, or enjoying an Art Gallery (despite my colour blindness).

| Grant Hamill – Client Accountant I am one of the Client Accountants here at Orange Genie, primarily working within our Small & Medium-sized Enterprises team. After having spent two years with Orange Genie back in 2013, I decided to broaden my knowledge and skills with another local practice. My time there helped provide me with significant experience in client management, Tax Return, VAT and Statutory Accounts work for several clients across multiple sectors. Like a boomerang, I was thrilled to be able to re-join the Orange Genie team back in 2022. I strive to provide the best service for my clients and help nurture their flourishing businesses, no question is off limits to me! Outside of work, I am an avid film and games buff and love to cook (and eat!) and spend time with my family and two dogs. |
Preet Chauhan – Client Accountant I have over 30 years of experience in Personal Taxation and Accountancy. I have worked in HMRC for over 24 years across PAYE, Self-assessment, and Corporation Tax Departments. I have a broad experience in the preparation of accounts and Vat. My approach to work is closely working with my clients and communicating with them so that they are following HMRC rules. Outside work, I like to walk. I love nature and am an enthusiastic Gardener. Providing a work-life balance between work and family life is important to me. I have a particular interest in Recycling, Animal Welfare, and providing Community support. I have in the past done a few midnight walks for supporting various Charities.

| Olivia – Client Accountant I have worked in this industry since 2005. I first worked at Orange Genie in 2019 covering a maternity leave. I re-joined in 2022 when a permanent position became available as it is a great place to work.

Ilona Bednarska – Assistant Client Accountant I am Ilona and I have been part of Orange Genie’s team for the past 7 years. I originally come from Poland but decided to stay in England after one of my summer holidays in 2012 because I was in love with the British weather! I would describe myself as hard working and driven person who is not afraid to face new challenges. I’m passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done efficiently. I would describe myself as open and honest person who tries to be fair in everything I do. I believe that it is never too late to be what you might have been so I’m always looking for the opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience. I like delicious food and comfortable shoes; I like good books and romantic movies and I love to laugh. Normally I would enjoy summer holidays with my family in Portugal, but I am now approaching the end of my pregnancy and our second bundle of joy is due to be born in few weeks. We are very excited for our new little adventure as I won’t have to set an alarm for work anymore. I plan to return to work in few months’ time as apparently babies are the most expensive part of living!

I have 5 years of experience of working in other practices working with clients from various industries assisting them with payroll, VAT returns, self-assessments, and accounts. I love nothing more than making sure a client’s records are clean and tidy and am always willing to train and support when needed.

Christina Collins – Assistant Accountant I have been working at Orange Genie for little over 6 years now in which my role have varied over the years from Administration and Accounts Assistant to Closure/Liquidation Specialist. By having these varied roles over the years, it has allowed me to gain the relevant knowledge and experience which helps not only the accountants but our clients as well. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my mum and her foster children at our caravan in Selsey (Chichester) where we get enjoy the beach (when it is not raining) and the other facilities on site. I try to make sure everyone around me is happy or having a laugh both inside and outside of work, even if that means I have to make a fool of myself as we can’t always be serious all the time.

I have a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a First- Class Honours from the University of Westminster, London. I am currently working through completing my professional accounting qualification. I work as an Assistant Accountant for Orange Genie supporting the two accountants, I work with to deliver exceptional service to our clients and help our clients grow and add value to their business through effective tax planning and advise. Outside of work I like to go to the gym, spend time with my family and friends and explore new places. |
Kevin Abranches – Director of Small Business Services Kevin has been with Orange Genie Accountancy for over 8 years and as head of our Small Business Services team he is responsible for ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service and exceed our clients’ expectations. Kevin prides himself in performing the role of “trusted advisor” to many clients giving them confidence through his detailed technical knowledge and first-class financial management advice. Kevin has a reputation for being able to analyse and interpret business performance data enabling him to produce insights for stakeholders that cut to the heart of where performance can be improved. He is well placed to assist with relevant financial data and management information that will allow for better strategic planning and growth.
